Welcome to Tripmi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tripmi mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Tripmi ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using Tripmi

Tripmi is an AI-powered travel planning app that creates trip itineraries, budgets, city guides and related travel content. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

2. Your Account

You can sign in with Apple, Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Tripmi offers an optional auto-renewing premium subscription ("Tripmi Pro") that unlocks unlimited AI trip plans, Ask Mike, the live translator and landmark identification. One subscription works across the Tripmi iOS app and the Tripmi web app — purchasing on either platform unlocks Pro on both.

Pricing. Tripmi Pro is offered as a Monthly plan (US$9.99 per month) or a Yearly plan (US$49.99 per year). Prices may vary by region and currency and are always shown before you confirm your purchase.

On the web (Stripe). Web purchases are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Tripmi never receives or stores your full card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), and your payment method is charged the then‑current price until you cancel. You can cancel or manage your web subscription at any time from your Tripmi account (Profile → Manage subscription), which opens Stripe's secure billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep Pro until then.

On iOS (Apple). In-app purchases are charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard terms.

Refunds. For web (Stripe) payments, contact us at [email protected]; refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer-protection law. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be requested through Apple.

4. AI-Generated Content

Itineraries, guides, budgets and recommendations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. Tripmi is a planning aid, not a substitute for official sources. Always verify opening hours, prices, visa requirements, safety and travel advisories before you travel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your Content

Notes, documents, voice memos and other content you add remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App's features to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logo and original content are owned by Tripmi and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that travel information is complete, accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including travel decisions made based on its content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
